These Terms of Service set out the conditions for using zimozi.sg and engaging Zimozi Solutions Pte Ltd (“Zimozi”, “we”, “us”). Please read them before using the website. Any service engagement is also subject to the separate agreement accepted by you and Zimozi.
Our services
Zimozi provides software design and development, AI applications, and related product engineering services. Each engagement’s scope, deliverables, schedule and fees are defined in a separate proposal or service agreement. That agreement takes priority if it conflicts with these website terms.
Use of this website
You must use this website lawfully. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights. Website information is intended as a general introduction to our business and services and may be updated from time to time.
Intellectual property
Website materials, including text, graphics, branding and code, belong to Zimozi or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ownership of client deliverables, and any licences for pre-existing or third-party materials, are addressed in the relevant project agreement.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate information, materials they are authorised to share, and the access, approvals and feedback agreed for their project. Delays in these inputs or changes to requirements may affect delivery schedules, as addressed in the applicable agreement.
Warranties and disclaimers
Website information is provided for general purposes without a guarantee that it will always be complete, current or error-free. Website access may occasionally be interrupted. Any warranties or service commitments for paid work are set out in the relevant project agreement. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under Singapore law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Singapore law, Zimozi excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Any exclusion applies only where lawful and subject to applicable reasonableness requirements. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability for client services is addressed in the relevant project agreement.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any separate governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions agreed for a client engagement are set out in its project agreement.
